Requirement Analysis & Planning

This includes defining the system specifications which includes functional, environmental like EMI/EMC, vibration, temperature etc., interface requirements, qualification requirements etc. and nonfunctional requirements like aintainability, reliability, etc.

Design

This includes microcontroller /processor /DSP/ASIC etc. based electronic board level design and development in analog, digital and mixed signal designs. This includes power supply design, EMI/EMC design, timing analysis, thermal analysis etc; and adhering to stringent standards and global best practices applicable to each domain ( for ex. FAA DO254 for Aerospace)

Implementation

Circuit Design, Schematic entry; component selection; BOM optimization; PCB Design; Gerber and BoM release for fabrication and assembly

Testing

Test jig development and test code development for board bring-up, and Design Verification Tests (DVT), Functional Verification Tests (FVT).

Certifications & Qualifications

The requirements in design, test, process and documentation to get the system certified in the domain specific qualification and certification process and standards.
