The Three Pronged Strategy

Tamopahaa would like to be part of the global pioneers contributing in more than one ways by adopting a three pronged strategy namely
1) Technology & Innovations
2) Build products, Process and Methods
3) Solve Problems

TAMOPAHAA technology and innovations capability, products and services capabilities feed each other and hence there is very organic relation between the three. The projects taken up as problem solving could give inputs to areas that require technology and innovations which could in turn throw up great product ideas and similarly a product or the technology and innovations work could trigger activity in the other two capabilities.  

Process & Standards

Process is not negotiable but the breath and depth of application is.
Meaning, nothing gets done without a process , the scale , the rigor would depend on the project and problem space
Expertise on all domain specific global process and standards exist, and also has capability to tailor

From day 1, technology and innovation has equal priority with solutions building and problem solving.
Progress in each of these feeds the other and helps in fine tuning performance in each and overall. I.e. Action in innovation will help in building right products and these two will equip us in solving problems right. Similarly, the deep knowledge of the problems will give inputs to fine tuning innovation and product building such that they are applicable to solution space rightly.
The values are the foundation against which every action is undertaken, the first one being definition of Vision, Mission and Goals

Tamopahaa is capable of addressing any problem from the embedded system engineering space from any domain, any technology stack, any process and any standard.
Tamopahaa core strength is in problem understanding and designing apt solution. And knowing clearly the areas where external support shall be solicited.
For the first few projects,
Tamopahaa shall look for lateral support for some tasks to manage till we achieve the financial strength required to have complete competency in-house., as required.
Firms providing lateral support shall be partners identified with relevant core competency and bound by Tamopahaa's values and Tamopahaa Way, for the tasks they participate in.
This lateral support shall be oblivious to the customer. This shall be the USP of Tamopahaa. It shall work out a project/program management plan with risk analysis done.
Finally the Tamophaa Way may seem familiar to the grandmother clauses but the execution along these lines is not that common. Tamopahaa is keen to demonstrate and would like the customer to try Tamopahaa on these terms and conditions.
