Tamopahaa approach is based on the following :

2) A human competency engineering specialist
3) An aide to discover themselves and be the best version of themselves
4) A torch bearer to look within and help in moving from one orbit to next higher orbit naturally after getting the required escape velocity ( skills , attitude and knowledge)
5) Tamopahaa helps in finding its customer’s calling and fringe benefit shall be to earn and be a role model to others and help atleast one more student.
The institutions that provide the education and the industry that uses these work force need to be part of the solution.
1)Zillions of skill training , project support , placement consultants , tuition centers for schools and colleges
2)Or to the different templates available like online content like MOOC , virtual classrooms or the e-courses.
4)Tamopahaa shall complement and /or supplement and in fact help in better utilization of all the existing templates of human competency engineering.
1) Tamopahaa intends to start with a pilot program with a subset of the problem space and apply it to set of target customers and then expand in phases.

iii) Aerospace ,Defense Electronics, Automotive and software engineering space
iv) A set of institutions shall be selected from different regions .
